Prioritising Staff Wellbeing
A Culture of Open Communication
Our Headteacher operates an open-door policy, welcoming discussion with all.
Staff are encouraged to raise concerns, and suggestions openly, knowing they will be listened to by the Senior Leadership Team.
Reviews with the Head include a weekly staff meeting, plus 'You Said, I Did' sessions, where leadership shares how staff feedback has directly shaped school practice. A recent example of this was the introduction of a two-week half-term to support workload balance in the long Autumn session.
Governors receive regular reports on how wellbeing remains a strategic priority across the school.
