Abbey Manor College is a high-achieving Pupil Referral Unit located in the London Borough of Lewisham.
We provide education for young people who have been permanently excluded from mainstream schools, or are at risk of exclusion.

We currently have vacancies for the following fixed term posts:

Primary Phase Teacher
Main Pay Scale /Upper Pay Scale (depending on experience)

As a high-performing Pupil Referral Unit with a unique approach to learning based on vocational and integrated learning models, our students consistently achieve beyond expectations across all Key Stages. We are looking for an inspiring and resilient Primary Phase Teacher to work with our year 7 and year 8 intervention students.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS and have successful teaching experience at Key Stage 2, with a preference for experience in years 5 and 6.

Teaching Assistants: Term Time Only
Scale 4

We are looking to recruit experienced teaching assistants who support our vision to provide an outstanding education to some of the boroughs most vulnerable learners. Our students have experienced difficulties in mainstream schools and often have behavioural, emotional and social difficulties. 

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing classroom support to teaching staff. Therefore, we welcome applications from those who have excellent English, Maths and Science skills
